Départ Sprint

Le 18 juillet dernier, pour la première fois, toute la famille a participé à un triathlon. Nous nous sommes levés à 4h30 pour être prêts à Ste-Adèle pour le départ de 7h00 malgré une météo un peu incertaine.

Félix-Antoine, Arianne et leur ami Benjamin ont participé au triathlon Sprint en équipe. Félix-Antoine a nagé 750 mètres, Benjamin a roulé 20 kilomètres en vélo et Arianne a couru 5 kilomètres. Surprise: leur temps combiné de 1:16:41 a placé l'équipe Ski Racing Kids au premier rang.

Hugues et Josée ont pour leur part pris part au triathlon initiation, qui consistait à nager 300 mètres, rouler 10 kilomètres et courir 3 kilomètres.

Quelle belle expérience que nous nous promettons de répéter.

On 18 July, for the first time, the whole family took part in a triathlon. We got up at 4:30 to be ready in Ste-Adèle for a 7.00 start time despite slightly uncertain weather.

Félix-Antoine, Arianne and their friend Benjamin took part in a Sprint team triathlon. Félix-Antoine swam 750 meters, Benjamin rode 20 km on his bike and Arianne ran 5 km. Surprisingly: their combined time of 1:16:41 placed the Kids Ski Racing team first.

Hugues and Josée for their part, did the initiation triathlon, which consisted of 300 meters swim, 10 km ride and 3 km run.

What all had a great experience that we promise to repeat.
